Since Steam changed owners, it feels like a completely new restaurant—and the food is absolutely delicious! It’s unfortunate that reviews from the previous ownership are still weighing down their rating, because the new menu, staff, and food are all fantastic. The tofu lettuce cups, Szechuan dumplings, scallion pancakes, and bamboo-fired fish are absolute must-tries. And definitely ask for extra dumpling sauce—it’s amazing for dipping the fish! I love how the food is not too overly salty.
Steam was excellent! The price to portion ratio was actually pretty unbelievable and you could tell that what you were eating was fresh. My date and I agreed that the scallion pancakes and crab rangoons were rhe best we have ever had! Also the service was incredibly quick and attentive. We would/ will be coming back!
Food is so good. It is the place I order from. Yes, some mixed in orders did happen. But other than this: The place to order C food.
