4 years ago I’d given 5 star rating. Now, 2 at best. Been trying for almost a year to get someone to call me back for service and Chris never responds. Unable to get connection to cameras on my iPhone after an upgrade was made to the app. Having the cameras for security is useless while we are away - can’t view what’s going on. Very disappointing
