We had a wonderful experience working with the Sanfords from Stealth Energy Controls. They were professionals, very communicative, and understood the difficulties that we were facing in needing to get our heating replaced in the middle of winter. We would definitely work with them again.
I regret purchasing an hvac system from this company in February 2023. I have only been in contact with the owner (Howard). He was fast to install the system and receive full payment. The next morning we realized a few issues with the install. In heating mode, dangerous fumes could make their way inside, and in cooling mode, it would leak water into our home because the drain wasn't installed properly. The best HVAC company in all of Massachusetts! Howard is a man of his word, and will make sure he gets things done. He’s one of the few techs around that know exactly what they’re talking about. One problem can seem so big and Howard will handle it like it’s a piece of cake. We look forward to working with him again.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILY’S LIFE DANGER: Howard’s heater that he did install over the course of two months was installed incorrectly - THE HEATERS FLUE (vent for exhaust ) WAS NEVER SEALED!!!!! It was leaking exhaust into the building!!!! CORBON MONOXIDE was being released I got the building and if it wasn’t caught by a subsequent HVAC tech there may have been DEATHs on Howard Sanford’s name.
