Brought this company my grinder weeks ago. Haven’t heard from them. I’ve reached out three times. No idea if they fixed it or not or what’s going on. On top of that it’s my fifth auto dozer Mazer Luigi grinder. Great grinders if you don’t need the computer auto doser which I find to last a year then the $3000 grinder is useless.
Updated review: Fantastic customer service and support, short response times, and transparent communication. The machine I ordered also came in quickly after making the order, and was well packaged. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the specific model I bought after using it for a week and opted to return it.
