This place is a mecca for serious coffee drinkers interested in the equipment. Beautifully designed showroom, you can hang out there for a long time with the direction and encouragement of Jane, an absolute gem: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Brought this company my grinder weeks ago. Haven’t heard from them. I’ve reached out three times. No idea if they fixed it or not or what’s going on. On top of that it’s my fifth auto dozer Mazer Luigi grinder. Great grinders if you don’t need the computer auto doser which I find to last a year then the $3000 grinder is useless.
