I was looking forward to my visit since I wanted a Chicago style hotdog. The food was just okay but the service was LOUSY. We waited a long time for the waitress to take our order. My wife ordered cole slaw but never got a fork. No napkins. Then our waitress disappeared never checking on us. I went to the front counter and another waitress gave me four tiny napkins (even though she was wrapping silverware into nicer napkins) and one fork. I WON'T BE BACK.
Drive thru was still about 45 minutes so we went inside. Server was not friendly whatsoever, her attitude was more like she couldn't wait for us to leave, because she gave us the check while we were still eating and we wanted to order shakes. I actually considered giving her tip to the girl that was serving the table next to ours. Brittany was her name i believe. The wait was entirely too long for being a few months old now. They should be well staffed enough to handle the business. Disappointed. Will only return
Terrible service, terrible food, nightmare of a parking lot. Will never return and stick to 5 Guys. The first time I have ever in my life not left a tip!
Mediocre food, terrible service and long lines. Best thing about this place was finally paying the bill and going home never to return.
Service was horrible. I received water when I ordered tea meal was not made properly had to wait 30 mins to be served. Its like anyone that looks white trashy gets service but if you dont your on the pay no mind list. Ill never eat at a steak n shake again. Straight garbage everything!

HORRIBLE SERVICE and food not appealing. waited 35 minutes for the order to be taken and when the food came, it wasn't fit to eat. Stay away, FAR FAR AWAY!!!
I would so give this place a zero if I could! Yesterday my boyfriend & I decided to grab a late lunch there. My boyfriend asked for a classic hot dog, no mustard just cheese and Cajun French fries. I asked for the new Cajun hotdog and Cajun French fries. Our food came out cold and completely messed up, but it wasn't the kitchens fault our waitress had failed to write it down correctly on the ticket which she never read back to us. For what you get, not too bad, a bit expensive for my needs. Last time I went in though, the service was lousy. I took my girlfriend in around 9:30 at night after a stressful day at work for both of us. When we got in there, a group of cheerleaders and their boyfriends and parents came in and barged in front of us. One of the teenyboppers said she had 23 people to be seated.
