I used to go to this Steak n Shake a couple days a week on my lunch break for a sweet tea. Today I found a roach in my sweet tea!!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this establishment again! Very, very disappointing!
My experience was excellent!! The staff was upbeat, happy, and enjoyable to watch. The food and service is always the best. This has to be the best SNS in town!!!!
