Honestly this place and the employees failed big time with me. It's filthy where they prepare your food I was in the drive thru placed my order and I seen so much trash on the floor and one of the employees was spray cleaner around food and the guy that was filling our beverage dropped the cup it went under the counter and his nasty behind picked it up and filled it I lost my mind in him and told him if this is why the food is so good I don't want it! Go through and see for yourself
I was at Steak & Shake with my Dad, sister, my sister's friend and her baby, and yes, while I admit, that was a lot of people, it was an even longer wait when it was just me and my Dad once. But after the 20-25 minute wait, and after we got our food, I knew then "That was the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had!"
The food is good, but overpriced. The service needs work.
Went to this location at 3:30 A.M. Someone was mopping and as soon as we entered he disappeared into the back. The girl stood at the counter texting the whole time ignoring us we seated ourselves and waited for awhile before getting fed up with being ignored and left, as soon as we walked out the man looked right at us and started mopping again. Will never give them my service EVER again!!!
