I have never been to Steak Escape until visiting the Westerville location. The grand escape sandwich was fabulous. The employee who took our order and served our food was patient, kind, and professional. Perhaps best of all, the restaurant was super clean! I recommend this location and will return!
We were excited to try this restaurant based on some food reviews. It was very disappointing. The food is just okay, fries are like carnival fries. The more disturbing this is this restaurant is filthy, the greese filters and walls desperately need cleaned. The restaurant needs cleaned and or renovated. We were very disappointed.
Please bring your old cheese steaks back!!!!
Steak escape staff was extremely helpful and patient when I ordered my food. The facility was also clean and well kept.
