well i tried to support black owned or partnered businesses but this location is not it. had the order wrong so i turned around, went in to get it corrected …...went inside , let the manager know it wasn’t fixed correctly.. opening up the sandwich, i showed her …i even wrote down on my own paper how i wanted it and gave it to her she told me to throw the sandwich away and wait on a new one and i did ..Crazy part before i left out of the store something told me to open it up and look ,but me trusting adults could correct a or... read more
I’ve been to several steak escape locations and the customer service was over the top and very professional. However, the Byram, MS location is a complete embarrassment and disgrace to the entire steak escape franchise. I went through the drive-thru and and my order total was around $27 and some change, for some reason the loud mouthed, incompetent, ratchet woman acting like a little girl at the drive thru was very rude and had a really nasty unprofessional attitude for no apparent reason, as she was in the wrong and so I ca... read more
