Terrible place customer service rude as hell
The second star is only because I actually got my refund. I ordered their special items, boneless chicken bites, finished paying, and then they said they were out of them. It was the only thing I was going for. No words were exchanged during the refund process. I was left confused and feeling like an inconvenience. Probably won't try again. If you don't have the special item, don't advertise it. This is the Dayton mall location.
The food is great but we can never get it, they’re always closed. We have tried to figure out their hours and just can’t. They open later than they say and close (hours) earlier. It’s so frustrating that it doesn’t even feel worth it to try.
