The food is good, but the service could be better. Having worked many years in customer service and over a decade in the restaurant industry, I was surprised at their lack of resolution skills. We had an issue with our online order and instead of offering any type of support or incentive to try again another day, they just said they didn’t know what happened and couldn’t help us. It is a reoccurring issue getting silverware in my to go orders. I repeat it at the window and sure enough, I always get home and there’s no silverware. They’re happy to take your money, but can’t include the basics that you ask for. Love the attention to detail and for going the extra mile!
Steak was excellent medium rare. Owner was awesome and was insistent I let him know if anything could be done better. He was nice enough to include a bunch of free pork belly
I only gave 5 stars because I can’t give them 10 stars! Kevin (owner) and his son, Lance are SO nice. Hubs and I ordered steaks and they were seasoned and cooked to perfection! They were so good, no steak sauce was needed. This is definitely a place you want to check out!
Our first visit of many! Hunting for a great burger - we found it! Everyone gobbled up the entire burger, and it is big!! We also had an excellent Caesar salad. For the vegetarian. Our new “Go To” place for high quality, delicious food fast!
