I previously had written a negative review about this place, but would like to revise it as Humberto reached out to me and communicated to get my problem resolved. I originally had come to this place to get my phone fixed and it fell and my screen cracked and slowly started turning black. I was upset as it had only been less than a day since getting my phone back but again Humberto reached out and had me come back in and replace the screen for a reasonable price. I came to this place as they had good price. I paid around $235.40 on what was suppose to be a good recommended screen by them not even 24hr's later and my phone fell and not only did the screen cracked but it got black on an area of the screen. I really do believe these people charged me an expensive screen and gave me the cheap one. There's no way that my phone falls from lass than 1ft and that happens to it and I forgot to mention my phone did feel like it was overheating when I was charging it and that wasn't happening b... read more
