Honestly, I think service could be better. The customer service is terrible. The girls are rude and terrible and they all act like they don’t speak English so what’s the point of you working with English speakers? It’s a bit annoying and they never get your designs right
Save your money. I had to wait for Staff to greet me, Staff told me 30 mins I waited an hour. The girl quoted two hours for other people however when someone came in speaking Spanish they were immediately serviced…after I waited an hour two people came in after to get fill ins and after my pedicure I was told to wait 20 more minutes. When I asked for a discount staff was rude told me no and basically made me wait some more. Then I asked to pay I had to also wait to pay. this place is so awesome best prices ever .....i do trans on the weekend and i ,love the way they do my nails for all my guy lovers ....highly recommend this place .......seriosly awesome at everything they do ...feels like home when i come in
