So up they told me my nail tech would be here and she wasn’t ask for a pedicure they set the water up for me the told me I had to wait because someone who was getting there nails done was about to come sit in the chair so I had to wait 20 minutes that is bad customer service and the the sat me in a broken massage chair
Got my a pedicure with gel polish she took her time didn't hurt me some places are very ruff but I enjoyed my experience there .
I go here for manicure and pedicure and I only like one person do my manicure and pedicure. I get the deluxe pedicure because it comes with hot stones and a lot of other nice things since I use my feet a lot. I also Tip so if I go there and my tech isn’t there I leave I do not allow anyone else to do my manicure pedicure because I know that they’re not gonna take the time out to be as attentive as her.
