I have used Steady Home Maintenance several times over the years. When I was selling my own home in Brandon, they repaired some rotten wood on the exterior that was flagged in the inspection period and they had it looking brand new for the buyer. Had an appointment scheduled with Steady Home Maintenance this week. They did not show up. No call, no text, just flaked. Would not recommend.
