We needed a sewer scope inspection and our technician arrived well before our scheduled time. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the images and clearly summarized the overall assessment.
Kyle the owner has been great to me since the first day i called his company. 3 times his company has bailed me out of some clogging. Bath tub twice and sink once. Jordan was the plumber he dispatched everytime and personally requested Jordan the last two times. Jordans the man. Real down to earth and honest. Phenomenal across the board. I put out three requests for bids on our sewer conversion project. One bid was stupid high. The other contractor seemed clueless and asked me to send maps (without specifying which map of what ). And like Goldilocks’s quest, Kyle was just right. He communicated clearly and when we hit a weird snag, he drove to city hall to get things unkinked. His crew was efficient and polite. Added cherry on top: when the job was done, they put down new topsoil and grass seed.
