Such a great example of one of Salt Lake's enduring local and family business; these gents have run the shop for multiple generations and have rightfully kept their place here, sourcing product from other local crafters no less. Apart from the fact that it's good to support local, these gents are genuinely very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended.
Not a great experience. I have been having my rings fixed, sized and cleaned here for a few years now and it's always been great and honest. This time I took a ring here and it got forgotten about, I waited and expected a call to let me know it was done, but it never came. Best experience I have ever had at any jeweler anywhere. They repaired two watches very quickly. They are so kind and I would recommend a family business like this over any large chain any day. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you for the experience.
