Tim did a great job, would recommend to anyone. Helped us out greatly.
Wish I could get hold of Tim again. He did go MIA on us but did an excellent job before that and I have struggled to find another lawyer that I liked to work with as much as him.
He was paid $1500 for a bankruptcy case. Once he received the money, he never returned calls nor was he ever in the office when we stopped to check in. Let me know if you know where he works.
Used Tim for my first case and he did well. A couple years later I wanted to take care of a similar matter and he ripped me off $1,500 which was my retainer fee. He drew up papers which took him 4 months to file them and showed up LATE to my hearing. After that there was no response to my emails, calls/voicemails, and eventually saw he withdrew himself from my case and ditched his office with only a bar# to try to contact.
