I'm leaving a one-star review due to my frustrating experience with their billing department. My wife and I had our annual physicals in December and with our insurance coverage and co-pay, we expected no further changes. But starting January we started getting bills from Quest Diagnostics for our blood work. We immediately reached out to their billing department and the manager said it's a mistake and Quest shouldn't be contacting us. Jacqueline Sadowski has been amazing. She went above and beyond to help my daughter during a very scary undiagnosable period. She even called me over the weekend while we were in the hospital just to check on her. So sweet. I’ll never forget it.
I would never go back to this doctor again even if my life depended on it. She doesn’t do anything but give antibiotics which are terrible for our immune system!
