Hi, nothing but good things to say about this company, once I found out that I had a water supply line problem I started calling around to find a licensed contractor to fix it. I called several companies but they were too busy to stop by and give me an estimate. I called Brandy at Steadfast and ended up waiting one day, one company wanted me to wait nearly 2 weeks. Steadfast Plumbing lives up to their name. The previous contractor who worked on my sewer left a dangerous mess, having used pea gravel instead of the fill that is supposed to be used. The city inspector, whose job is to ensure work is up to code and the right materials are used, passed everything even though nothing had been done correctly - so be forewarned their inspections are not to be trusted. I never fear when I have to call on Blaine and Brandy to keep our old plumbing working at our cabin in Lake Crescent. Thoroughly kind people, who are honest about what can and can't be done. I trust their work, their price, and their word. I just wish they could come deal with our house in Portland. Blaine has replaced our pump, lines to the lake, and more. He's my first and only call for plumbing issues at the lake.
Can't recommend Steadfast plumbing enough. Blaine was great to work with. He went the extra mile to help us. He is thorough and makes sure things are done right and well, and at a fair price. We got several bids. Blaine's was by far the best as well as most comprehensive.
Blaine and Brandy are such a great team to work with! Reasonable pricing, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will be working with Steadfast Plumbing for all our plumbing needs on our new home.
