Very rude customer service, wants bank commitment letter before quoting a homeowner insurance, when we ask why, he say just go somewhere else. Not recommanding insure with them if you have another choice.
This agent was extremely rude when I called to request the cancellation of my insurance renewal. Since my current auto insurance policy remains valid until April , yet the renewal notice sent to my home stated that "the first installment is due by 3/24/26," I was concerned that the payment would be processed automatically. I signed up for an insurance policy and later requested to cancel it. They assured me it was canceled, yet six months later, I received a letter claiming I owe money, and they sent it to a debt collector. This is beyond unprofessional and deceptive. I will be seeking legal counsel to address this matter and hold them accountable for their negligence and misleading practices. Avoid this agency at all costs!
