UPDATE: I'm blown away today. An unfortunate incident occurred after I installed a preventive recommendation made during my initial service call. Brian arrived within 1.5 hours to correct the issue. He took full responsibility for it, though it probably wasn't entirely his fault. He made it right and educated me on how to install going forward.
