I had to make my own flashing for the intake and exhaust outside and glue the pipes together myself. They never came back to finish the install.

Called Steadfast after 5 other gas companies didn't even return my call (?!). We just wanted to have a gas line run for our BBQ at our new home. We were on a tight timeline because our basement was in the process of being finished and the ceiling was going up in a few days (making the gas work more complicated if not done first). Steadfast Gas Services helped our family out, when we needed the help after hours. We called 2 other local companies , they would not come out after hours. Steadfast immediately helped fix our Heating & Air conditioning. Great service, easy to deal with, found them very honest. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Would not recommend this company. Not reliable. Twice now they have not showed up when they said they would. First time they called an hour and a half past the window time saying their truck broke down and needed to reschedule. Rescheduled and yet again they didn’t show up. This time no call even. I’ve had to rearrange my day to ensure I was home during the ridiculous time Windows they give you. Obviously they need some help in the customer service department...
