Don't normally do this but Brian the technician was very friendly, fixed the last minute issue we mentioned. Finished his service in a timely manner, tested everything and let me know when he was finished.
Brian and Steadfast Electric are great. They do excellent work at a reasonable price and will do everything they can to get to you in the timeframe that you need them.
Great communication and time spent on the project. 5 year maintenance plan on generators is a great option. Edit: August 12, 2026 After an electrical surge during a storm destroyed my previous Kohler, I had Steadfast and their crew led by Toby to install a new one. They were done in only a few hours and the work was top caliber. Will always use them for my maintenance contract! Great job
