I had left a prior (good) review then wondered if I should have done that before work was completed. The good review was because of feeling that their assistance was a phone call away. After work was completed, but I found no electricity at the house, I had 2 options: call Entergy after 5 to diagnose, and just call Steadfast Electric. I had Steadfast put in a new generator because another highly rated electrical provider in the area who I have relied upon and enjoyed in the past was simply just ridiculously expensive. Steadfast was not only resonably priced but they were fantastic to work with on the install and ever since they monitor and stay on top of my generator. I have them service it but in addition when there have been events triggered, they monitor and ensure things are running accordingly. Steadfasr Electric installed my all house generator. Their service was impeccable. The guys were friendly, punctual and professional. They were careful not to let my dogs escape the yard. They explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I wish all home services were as good. I highly recommend them.

If you want a whole home generator first do your research and when you see Kohler is the most dependable and best built generator. Call Stefas and get the best installation and maintenance plans out there. Trust me!

Haven’t even had work down yet, but the company is proving 5 stars on communication and the big part (price). Gotta give Steadfast a shot first !
