Great experience. I ordered two new carbs for my old Triumph. One arrived with a pinhole in the bowl, and of course leaked. I contacted Steadfast via email, included a couple of photos showing the issue. I received a prompt reply, stating they would send a new bowl per my request right away. They did exactly that, the replacement part arrived today. Thanks for the great service, and prompt and fair follow up!!!
