Sales process started out great, very responsive. After that, it all turned. The scheduling process was painful, didn't do what they said. There is a crack in the one area that should have been redone but I later found out the owner didn't want to tear out what was there and told his guys to keep going. The one portion of the driveway is a different color than rest. They didn't do their due diligence upfront with the permit so rework had to be done. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Steadfast Custom Construction has done for us. From start to finish, it was all seamless. The experience was upfront and honest. We had a few hiccups in the middle of the project, but they took care of it all as priorities and kept us informed. They really took time to listen to our needs and concerns and were able to produce a perfect result for the project.
This is an honest review. You will get what you paid for. I asked for a 15x20 concrete pad and a french drain. The final product is a 15x20 concrete pad and a french drain. I was in need of a contractor to do my concrete work and Steadfast Custom Construction exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job and asked for input along the way. I would recommend them for any future projects. They followed industry standards and completed the job on time
Steadfast Custom Construction are an excellent concrete contracting company. They have built and renovated many projects over the past 20 years and have always given their clients the best possible results. I have no negative comments about this company.
