Marcos is a very proffessional tech and his helper was very attentative as,well , We have used Steadfast AC multiple times and have been pleased with from the owner of the company all the way to the multiple techs we have experienced , My wife informed me today we will not use anyone else and you too will be pleased . They are based out of Tomball Texas and we live out in katy so being flexible pays off .Awesome company
It all started with Emily in the office. Within a few hours a technician was here. Sadly my 18yr old coil had retired. Emily set up the quote and the appointment. James and Armondo showed up and I was back up and running in 3 hours. Extremely fair quote with 3 different options. Thanks to our EPA agency the Freon is driving the cost up on the HVAC trade..Thank you Steadfast.
