James & his helper came out and they were both very helpful & professionals. They showed me several different options to correct my balancing issues between my upstairs/downstairs units. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs. Great Company!!!
Steadfast is reliable, on time and fairly priced. We would use no other.
Prompt service when one of our air handling/ furnace units was not operating. Chris was with us in an hour. Temperature outside was minus 5 degrees C ( 23 degrees F). He talked me through the troubleshooting and diagnostics and identified the thermostat as the problem. Steadfast did not charge for the visit and advised me to purchase a replacement thermostat elsewhere. Really honest, helpful and friendly.
Great team fair prices and fast response. He kindly answered all of our many questions.
02 Jan 2026 James came on out on a few hours notice and worked until way after dark to fix an AC problem on a rent house.
