I have been renting at this facility Since Sept.2024, even not being here in person but Travis helped me to sign up for my 2 units on the phone, he sent me all necessary papers, and when I arrived he was very helpful, professional and friendly. Every month I paid my rent by going to the office giving it to Travis but in Dec,. while Travis on Vacation the facility did not put anyone in charge, which was really strange, so when I tried to pay on the phone their message was messed up and told me I don’t owe anything and Zero do... read more
Great place and Leann is awesome.
No issues here. I did forget to pay one month. They called on the 7th day and charged a 70.00 late fee. I paid right then over the phone. Been nice if they called to say tomorrow we charge a late fee. Or since I clearly forgot a.nd paid right then, they could have shown me a little love.. -1 star
The facility is very clean and secure. The process of booking was streamlined. Zack was very knowledgeable and helpful, very pleasant to work with.
Fair price. Property kept clean. Manager very friendly and helpful.
