10x15 4 100, that pretty good, Easy online or in person rental and bill pay. Not 24 hours which sucks.
The staff was friendly but very professional. They quickly got us setup and into our storage unit.
I have been renting at this facility Since Sept.2024, even not being here in person but Travis helped me to sign up for my 2 units on the phone, he sent me all necessary papers, and when I arrived he was very helpful, professional and friendly. Every month I paid my rent by going to the office giving it to Travis but in Dec,. while Travis on Vacation the facility did not put anyone in charge, which was really strange, so when I tried to pay on the phone their message was messed up and told me I don’t owe anything and Zero do... read more
