So I am a veteran and about 3 times a year I need to go Saint Anne Veterans Hospital in Saint Anne de Bellevue Montreal. I have a veterans license plate so that I can park in designated veterans area I also have handicap parking placard. This was all showing but I received a 40.00$ ticket. When I saw the ticket, all of the cars that had veterans plates and handicap parking had a ticket.
