After having another company, supposedly fix the oven door That at times would not open except by pulling very hard on it. A technician charged me $200, Only put in a screw that he said was missing. Within a day, the oven door still didn't work. When I asked how to clean the oven door windows, he said it would be better to buy a new oven😡 I called St. Croix appliance and the technician came and fixed the door by taking it off fixing the hinge, at my request gave me the three panes of glass in the oven door so I could clean ... read more
