Staff were courteous, helpful, friendly and kept me informed of the upcoming vehicle schedules. My schedule was always considered. Staff were available to look over the needed repairs anbfcad kksd if I had any questions. On completion a staff did a walk around and asked for my feedback. Our car had been cleaned inside and out before our pickup. Also appreciated was the offer that If needed a low cost rental car was made available. Thank you for the personalized service..

I unfortunately had a collision with a deer and brought my vehicle to St. Claude for both the mpi assessment and the repair. They did an absolutely outstanding job and I got my vehicle back in pristine condition. They even detailed it for me! I also need to comment on the level of communication. They go above and beyond to communicate with you and ensure you know exactly what they are doing and how they are doing it. I cannot say enough how positive my experience was!

Thank you so much for the exceptional service for my windshield replacement from beginning to end. Super friendly, efficient staff provided regular updates on appointment drop off and pick up times. Icing on the cake was getting my vehicle back detailed in new car condition. Minor hiccup was not having the calibration tool for my vehicle model so it couldn't get done same day. Otherwise, high praise and recommendation from me.

The pricing process was transparent and open, and the service was warm and attentive. Most commendable was the thorough cleaning of the car, both inside and out, after the repairs.
