The front desk staff is a bit stiff and not very welcoming, but the lab techs are nice and much more personable.
Friendly and helpful staff, I was very happy with the way I was treated and respected.
It's probably best to skip a place that refuses to perform a prescribed procedure. No need for a manager. I will just contact the state health authorities and let them figure out the denial of care procedures.
