I'm so grateful for the care I have received for many years here. Everyone has always been so polite and courteous. I've always had the best care from everyone. I feel blessed to have had somewhere to go for my health care bc without insurance there's really no options elsewhere. Thank God for you all here at St Clair Community Health Services!
Dr. Russell was a really sweet man his nurse's was just as sweet as you can find they really was on top of what they was doing and they did it very well i haven't met a medical staff like them they all was just really good nice people and the doctor listened to what i said he didnt just come in look at me and write meds he listened to what i said
