They did an awesome job with our floors and Brett and his crew were very good and professional and got the floors installed quickly.
We replaced the carpet in our living room with Luxury Vinyl Plank to give it the look of wood flooring. Mark, at St. Chateaux Flooring LLC in Collierville, TN, was very helpful, personable and patient as we went through the decision making process regarding the type of flooring and then the color. He showed us samples of various types and colors. We made our choices and within a week our new floor was installed. After searching on Google and checking reviews, I just showed up at the store. We knew what color we wanted, and Mark helped me narrow the type of carpet down after asking some usage questions. He was very open and honest about what would / wouldn’t work for us and about cost value. I took samples home, we settled on one, scheduled the measurements, ordered and had it all installed within a two week period.
