Multiple problems. Online banking was crashing all the time, not accepting my info or photos. I did a live chat and they directed me to a page where they wanted 5.00 to answer the question. I then called them and they told be they don’t do that. Yes they do! The customer service agent did not even know how the STC customer service works.
