We are absolutely delighted with our stunning STC home, which we found by chance when we stopped by an open house. Although we weren't planning on moving at the time, as soon as we stepped inside, we knew that it was meant to be. The design is perfect for us and it felt like we had personally selected every detail, from the finishes to the layout. Everything about this home is flawless.

We moved into our dream home 1 year ago now; this is our 2nd house with them. STC helped us find a lot to build on, and worked with us to design our own custom floor plan from scratch. Ashley was very helpful in the design process of our build, and we love how everything turned out!
