Loves this company for carpet cleaning! Andy walked us through what he was going to be doing and I think was in and out in 30 mins. There was also not much carpet to clean and not giving royal treatment to my apartment complex carpet. Great communication from getting a quote up until everything was done. 10/10. No notes.
Andy did an excellent job. Prompt and courteous. Highly recommend STC!
We have used this company for years. Last clean did not pull up the a few Urine spots from a new puppy. I text them and let them know. I had a hard time sending pictures as the “spots” would not show up on the carpet, I sent two texts about a week apart. I never heard back. I will have to hire another carpet cleaning company. Perplexing. .
