Stazfit Bootcamp is amazing! The workouts are challenging but super motivating, and Geoff brings humor and great energy to every session. You can really feel the community vibe—everyone is so friendly and supportive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great group training class in Woodstock.
I have to shout out my absolute favorite workout class—Staz Fitness! If you’re trying to get back into a fitness routine but find going to the gym alone a bit intimidating, this is the place for you. The classes are super motivating and energizing, and the group atmosphere honestly feels like personal training.
