I used Stazenski for my closing and was disappointed in several matters. I had already moved out of Wheeling by the time of my closing, and I was surprised that I could not do a full Eclosing. Rather, I needed to sign the documents in front of a notary and mail them back to Wheeling. Second, I was disappointed that the funds from the sale could not be wired to me.
