Booked a travel consultation and injection online as advised by the Pharmacy staff. We booked the appt and showed up in the Pharmacy only to be told that the Pharmacist needs to review our file first. They told us we will get a call the next day once the Pharmacist is able to review our file. We waited for 3 days without a call. edited review from 2 to 1 stars on account of vague response . staff is knowledgeable , attentive ... but billing is horrible. I was assigned 2 medicines in one prescription . however they billed medicine separately raising concern with my insurance . no point discussing with them as they will insist what they follow and not the logic. if you are paying out of pocket , recommended . if part of the amount will be refunded by insurance , stay away from this pharmacy . better try rexall and shoppers drug mart .

Hands down the best pharmacy and knowledgeable staff .They listen you and guides you the right way . They make things easier which as a customer we think its really hard. We met Ikjeet and omg he is damn serious about his job. We feel like we are talking to our family member. He treated our parents like his family and support us mentally in this tough time. A great personality and good example of kind people. Our go to pharmacy from now onwards.

My experience was fast, friendly and efficient. They made sure that I was assisted right away. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend especially if you visit their medical clinic as well. It is so convenient. I visited on Jan 15, 2026 at 6PM.
