1 Star – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional StayWell Health has canceled or rescheduled three dental appointments in a row for my father — three times, at both the Naugatuck and Waterbury, CT locations. Each time, I had to take PTO from work, only to find out at the very last minute that the dentist just didn’t show up. No explanation, no accountability. People working at the adult front desk room 303 are rude and unprofessional .
