Very clean and a nice condo
HORRIBLE customer service. I booked a home only to find out it had already been rented. Manager told me I had to cancel (which would have cost me half of the payment). He then avoided responding to my requests for a cancellation and refund. I had to spend hours on the phone trying to get through to Airbnb to straighten the mess out. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.
Do not book with this company. The communication is impossible. The pictures of the units are not what you see once you arrive. And if you need any assistance it’s impossible to get a response from the management company. Awful!
