Got in fast but got little to no help with issues
Worse place on earth. There is no follow through with anything they say.
Shaloma Taylor is the most caring, and helpful person I've seen in the medical industry, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you. Although you have to call to go over results, tests, and refferals, they are busy so I understand. At first I had a hard time with the stayton location, but because of her she makes stayton family practice worth going to. The assistants are always great aswell.
Incompetent with refill requests. They didn’t respond to my messages or return my phone calls after 4 business days of trying to reach them. Nor would they let me talk to the back office in regards to my refill. I ended up going to urgent care for my refill because I didn’t want side effects from being without it. Hopefully they step up their game so this doesn’t happen to others.
Very frustrated with this clinic. I went in for a back and sciatica nerve issue. Was told by current physician I needed an x-ray and MRI. After x-ray an MRI was scheduled. I received those results through portal. Zero contact from doctor office. I had to call Dr. Office. Was told I needed specialist. Over four months later and after my five phone calls, email and stop by Dr. Office Still no actual referral to specialist. Only excuses why this slipped through cracks. Not one phone call back and no reply to email.
