Quality of toy was very poor and attitude of employee was even poorer.

We were happy to special order you large rats, but unfortunately they cost us more--therefore, we must sell them at a higher price. The employee you spoke with was trying to explain this to you. The owners and staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. They know their products. It helps that they have 2 sister stores in Salem. They can get special requests in very quickly.
