Simply horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff. I made a reservation through Booking.com. Submitted all pre-arrival information the day before arrival and received confirmation of my booking. The next day, I did not receive check in information by check in time. When I sent a text, I was told my reservation was canceled. When I called, they ghosted me and the Booking.com rep. Sketchy business for sure. Terrible Company. Total Scam. Beware do not book with this company. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed and was provided a studio with a queen bed. When I contacted the host about the mix up they said I had booked a studio which was incorrect. After providing the details of my booking confirmation they still insisted I booked a studio. They do not answer the phone, respond to texts or call you back. VRBO is also useless. Just go stay at a hotel

Do not book this property - these guys are surely the worst experience we have ever had with vacation rentals. They did not provide any check in details and were not responsive with our airbnb booking. I think this company is a scam. Their customer service was nonexistent and the number they share is actually a Google Voice number with no monitoring (we called so many times and no response). These people are total useless.
