This is based solely on the receptionist that answered my call this afternoon. Absolutely ignorant,! I called too book a phone appt with Dr.Lane, who has been my Doctor now for 36 years. I love my family Dr, he's fantastic, nurses great! This person at desk however, I'm not certain as too when you started, but, you need to find yourself another position, where people skills are not required! Horrible receptionists and nursing staff. So rude, have never felt so disrespected by people who are supposed to help you.
Dr Jessica Gencarelli and her team are a disgrace to humanity. The way they speak and treat humans is disgusting. I’ve made over 4 appointments with her and 3 of them were cancelled without warning because they assumed I didn’t need it and one of them was purposely made an in person because they knew I would be able to unattended. I called the office 3 minutes after my appointment because I was expecting a call and the receptionist said I was too late for my appointment and hung up in my ear. I have been dealing with this medical building for years. And I have to say for most of the negative comments, for the time that we were living in we're all doing our best. Not every string is controlled by the foundation that you walk into. I think the world needs more empathy.
