Dr Jessica Gencarelli and her team are unprofessional, judgmental and incompetent. Do not recommend in anyway.
Having had my family doctor here for 45 years, I'm disturbed at the lack of grace and civility offered by the current staff. Driving the winter roads from Barrie can be challenging and having a sick toddler in tow and taking time off of work to make the appointment only adds to the ordeal. When I'd arrived seven minutes late for my appointment I was told without compassion that I would not be seen that day and when I'd questioned this new stance I was rebuffed with dismissive snark.
