Having had my family doctor here for 45 years, I'm disturbed at the lack of grace and civility offered by the current staff. Driving the winter roads from Barrie can be challenging and having a sick toddler in tow and taking time off of work to make the appointment only adds to the ordeal. When I'd arrived seven minutes late for my appointment I was told without compassion that I would not be seen that day and when I'd questioned this new stance I was rebuffed with dismissive snark. The doctors are really good. Frontline staff good. Occasionally the reception is too busy but also passes the muster.
Worst Dr ever!!! I went to see the dr about abdominal pain, bloating and lack of breath. Dr Irish said I was fat.. I was 5'10" 210lbs... And I needed to lose weight. That's all he said. I begged him to investigate further as constant pain is not a symptom of being fat. He refused to listen. Turns out I am celiac. Thanks for nothing.
