They are just nice folks... friendly, helpful, thoughtful and courteous. They are also very knowledgeable, tech savvy and able to help with whatever problem you are having! I have been there several times and have always been helped by them. It is definitely my go to place for any concerns regarding my phone!! Great service reasonably priced!

Amanda and her team are the best in customer service and repairs. I reached out on a Sunday via Facebook messenger because they were closed. I got a response within minutes and they were ordering the battery I needed. That is some great service. I recommend if you are ever in need of cell phone repair.
5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a frequent Staymobile customer on a consistent basis and today was no different. I needed a battery replaced on my iPhone as its used solely for business. I was extremely pleased and impressed that not only did the staff replace it in a matter of minutes but at no charge seeing as it was done back in April. The customer service given was above board perfect. Great staff and I’ll be back!

It took them less than 5 minutes to get my phone charging again
Came in for what I thought was a broken charging port on my iPhone7. They said they could fix it same day for $100, which sounded like a deal. I brought the phone in and the woman at the counter examined it for a second, took it into the back room, and blew out the charging port with an air compressor. Said it was just jammed with pocket lint and now it was working perfectly. Total charge $0! I'll happily recommend and use them again if I need a repair!
This is the 2nd time they have resurrected my dropped-in-water cell phone!!!! It’s a miracle and they are magicians!! Well done! So grateful
