TERRIBLE. DO NOT RENT. I stayed at 3 E 9th St, and this was by far one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. I absolutely do not recommend them. When I arrived, I was given completely incorrect check-in instructions. There was no key box, no way to access the apartment, and I was left standing outside with all of my luggage, locked out of my $8,000/month apartment. I'm only giving one star as zero is not an option. The pictures on the listing totally misrepresent the reality of the dirty, ill-maintained, unsecured, garbage-stacked, unsafe apartment that was supposed to be a luxury rental. Pre-paid in advance, no refund has been given, even though not one night coud be spent in the revolting apartment. The airconditioning unit was wedged in an open window with cardboard taped either side, with gaps to the street.
