Absolute nightmare to work with. Insane lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency. We had our rehearsal dinner booked in a space with StayHaus for months and our reservation was just canceled last minute, less than 3 weeks away from the wedding, due to the venue now being under heavy renovations. We worked with haus through peerspace to book a venue for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Throughout the whole process the company offered opaque fractured communication that left me and my fiance waiting for unclear answers for essential questions like additional table rentals, hours available, etc. After booking, we toured the property in an additional walkthrough and discovered undisclosed renovations taking place a month before our wedding.
