I came to StayFit as prescribed by my doctor to see if physical therapy could help with leg numbness and pain. Most of my care and therapy was handled by Nicole and she helped me get to a better place after just eight sessions. My measurements on flexibility increased by the end and I now have the “tools” I need to continue to get stronger and more flexible. I would highly recommend others to come to StayFit for PT.
