This order is based on the food we had delivered. I have ordered from here a total of three times, and the food has always been very good. In my last order, we tried the gouda mac and cheese, which did not disappoint. It was creamy and gooey, just as mac and cheese should be, and it was loaded with melted cheese. The gouda added the perfect smoky and salty flavor. The shrimp scampi with mac and cheese was also excellent. The shrimp were tender and had a fantastic texture, complemented by plenty of seasoning. They closed the restaurant, but were still taking orders on their website. I never received my food and had to speak with three Grubhub employees and two employees at Stay'd. I was assured by two Stay'd employees that the charge would be reversed. Guess what? The charge came through and now I have to dispute with my credit card company. I don't care if the food is good, nothing can overcome such horrible service and deplorable business practices.

Mouthwatering homestyle dishes with quality dining presentation! Satisfying in taste and portion sizes. I travel for work and I think I found my favorite spot in the Twin Cities🤩. I do takeout here once a month.

TWICE I have paid for an order that I did not receive. Twice. The manager at Rival House had no interest in making the orders correct despite me physically going to the “ghost” kitchen. It seems this model allows Rival House to shrug liability of quality customer service.
