Yev and Alen were fantastic. They were responsive, punctual, and fair. They were one of the only providers that would service a residential window AC unit. If I ever need another repair, I'd call them back up right away.

This is the second time I used this company for a/c installation. I bought an additional window unit this year. And last year had a good experience too. Great work, efficient and professional. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Let me start this by saying "Excellent Service" I was looking for someone to fix the leaking from the outside of our two window unit air conditioners which turned out to be harder then I imagined to find someone who was reliable professional and didn't seem like they were ripping you off and then I found Yev from Stay Cool NYC The air condition at the front of the apartment was dripping on the building which will damage the brownstone by coursing black stains if not taken care of. I called asking for advice whether to repair a broken window AC or buy a new one. Yev gave detailed information for both options, and suggested that I decide. A day later, I decided to get a new window AC. I gave my ideas; Yev gave his ideas. He gave objective, thorough information. Excellent and fair. A few days later, his partner, Alan, installed the. new LG window AC. Expert job: on time, neat, efficient, excellent workmanship. Five stars in every aspect of the job, planning, communication.
